What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Lead, mentor, and build high-performing technical teams fostering collaboration.
• Contribute hands-on to coding, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
• Serve as technical advocate ensuring quality, architecture alignment, and evolutionary releases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction and understanding business needs.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate status to stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of project management experience in IT.
• At least 2 years of technical experience as tech lead, senior developer, or architect.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFE, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency minimum.
• Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate complex technical information effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with experience in US outsource projects welcomed.
