What you will do

  • Manage and respond to scheduling requests, updating calendars in real-time and resolving conflicts.
  • Assist in researching flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for customer meetings and sales conferences.
  • Respond promptly to requests from leaders for meeting preparation, research, or document creation. Follow up on action items.
  • Provide event support for sales kickoffs, customer events, and quarterly business reviews, assisting with logistical details.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a sales or customer-facing environment.
  • Open to remote work, but there will be travel required for team meetings and company events
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more additional European languages highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and CRM systems (Salesforce) preferred.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work effectively under pressure to meet sales deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting sales teams or revenue operations.
  • Familiarity with supporting Senior Directors or executive-level staff in sales organizations.
  • Experience handling expense reports for field sales activities and coordinating customer meeting logistics.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity industry or B2B technology sales processes.
