What you will do

• Build and manage GenAI-driven workflows for medical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
• Lead AI product discovery, PRD creation, user story development, UI/UX design, and delivery in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate closely with data science, engineering, UX teams, and clients to deliver scalable AI products.
• Translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with a strong product management focus.

Requirements

• Location: Bangalore, India preferred
• 5-12+ years of experience in product management.
• Strong grounding in AI/ML concepts and hands-on exposure to GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, agents, workflows).
• Experience with AI platforms, SaaS, or enterprise products.
• Life Sciences or Healthcare domain exposure is a strong plus.
• Strong product management background and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
