What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 Specialists, fostering analytical rigor and curiosity.
• Define and govern the strategic roadmap for rider payments and incentives across 17 markets.
• Manage budgets and monitor cost-per-order trends to improve cost-efficiency and fleet retention.
• Implement advanced data science models and automation tools regionally.
• Drive experimentation and rollout of new pay components to enhance fleet efficiency.
• Collaborate with product teams to influence payment-related feature development and adoption.
• Build strong partnerships with local market teams and senior leadership for strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in tech, logistics, strategy consulting, or investment banking; gig-economy or marketplace experience is a plus.
• 1-2+ years leadership experience managing teams or complex projects.
• University degree in STEM, Economics, Business, or related quantitative field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data auditing and analysis.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Must be located onsite in Hong Kong.
