What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and implement automation solutions using IT automation tools such as Red Hat Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform, and hirify.global RNA.
• Apply AI, GenAI, and NLP concepts to develop innovative automation solutions.
• Ensure operational efficiency and network connectivity of IT automation tools.
• Collaborate with hirify.global Delivery Central Platform (IDCP) and hirify.global Consulting Advantage (ICA) platforms to deliver automation solutions.
• Translate IT processes into automated solutions that optimize service delivery and generate documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Experience with IT automation tools such as Red Hat Ansible, HashiCorp Terraform, and hirify.global RNA
• Exposure to AI, GenAI, AI Operations, and NLP concepts
• Understanding of IT processes and operational aspects of automation tools
• Familiarity with hirify.global platforms IDCP and ICA

Nice to have

• Additional exposure to AI Operations and GenAI concepts to enhance automation solutions.
