TL;DR

Lead Account Solution Engineer (Public Sector): Develop and lead Salesforce solutions for US State & Local government clients with an accent on CRM, AI, and digital transformation. Focus on designing and presenting innovative custom demos, leading the technical sales cycle, and collaborating across teams to deliver business value.

Location: Remote or onsite in Texas (Dallas, Austin), must be based in the United States

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate the entire solution cycle collaborating with sales, product specialists, and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and position Salesforce products as the best solution for public sector challenges.
  • Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and demos to key decision-makers.
  • Participate in product, sales, and procedural training and certifications.
  • Respond efficiently to RFPs and lead the technical side of the sales cycle.
  • Engage in career growth through internal training and mentorship programs.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years experience with Salesforce and/or CRM solutions.
  • 3+ years in solution engineering, consultancy, delivery, or customer success in enterprise software.
  • 2+ years working with Public Sector agencies.
  • Salesforce certifications related to AI, especially generative AI and LLM concepts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work both independently and in teams.
