What you will do
- Understand customer corporate objectives and technology initiatives to align hirify.global solutions with business outcomes.
- Conduct detailed discovery meetings with a hunter mindset to address customer challenges and timelines.
- Generate and manage personal sales pipeline and navigate multi-persona campaigns and sales plays.
- Drive solution selling to develop existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Maintain accurate weekly forecasting and CRM account/opportunity details.
- Collaborate with channels, GSI, and alliances to exceed sales quotas.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom and willing to travel nationally.
- Experience in enterprise SaaS sales with channel collaboration.
- Proven track record of new logo acquisition and quota achievement in FTSE enterprise accounts.
- Strong consultative sales skills and ability to engage c-suite executives.
- Structured approach to pipeline generation and opportunity progression.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud/SaaS migration, ransomware recovery, and AI is highly relevant.
