What you will do

• Facilitate end-to-end gathering of business requirements in alignment with project objectives.
• Translate business needs into a clear and actionable project scope through thorough analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to translate business requirements into a target solution design and technical architecture.
• Plan and coordinate process design, solution, and test scenarios with internal and third-party technical teams.
• Actively participate in UAT sessions to validate project deliverables.
• Conduct business process assessments and recommend improvements and innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the software development sector.
• Proficient in gathering requirements from end users and converting them into functional specifications.
• Capable of devising and implementing test plans and test cases.
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across diverse teams.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and development environments.
