What you will do

• Manage and oversee direct reports negotiating commercial agreements.
• Act as escalation point for direct reports and business line clients.
• Manage legal engagement processes and implement process efficiencies.
• Identify, mitigate, or escalate legal risks.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and business lines for commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Minimum 5 years experience in contract negotiation or management.
• Strong command of English.
• Proficiency with workflow management tools such as Monday.com and Jotform.
• Strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Qualified to practice law.
• 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with crypto assets.
