Manager Customer Success: Leading a team of Customer Success Managers to drive activation, adoption, retention, and growth for 's multi-product portfolio with an accent on operational rigor, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building repeatable plays, improving customer outcomes, and managing a high-impact team in the West Region with travel and time zone alignment requirements.
Location: Remote within the United States with availability to work Pacific or Mountain Time hours and travel to the West Region
Salary: $77,400 - $123,600 annually depending on location

What you will do
- Lead and develop a team of Customer Success Managers supporting Small Business and Mid-Market customers across multiple products.
- Build and maintain operating rhythms to monitor account health and drive actionable coaching.
- Coach team members on value-driven discovery and customer conversations using tools like Gong.
- Partner with Sales, Support, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Use data and insights to prioritize accounts and improve team performance.
- Hire, onboard, and develop talent to build a strong leadership bench.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States and able to work Pacific or Mountain Time hours
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, or B2B sales in recurring revenue or subscription businesses.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading Customer Success or account managers.
- Experience driving adoption, retention, and growth through structured account plans.
- Strong analytical skills and decision-making discipline.
- Ability to travel approximately 20% for internal and client events in the West Region.
