What you will do

• Assess and refactor Synapse Analytics workspace components using Fabric-native services.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure functional parity post-migration.
• Validate data integrity and optimize system performance.
• Document migration processes and provide knowledge transfer on Microsoft Fabric capabilities.
• Analyze Governance, Risk & Compliance requirements to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Provide technical guidance and foster collaboration within teams.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud data platforms and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL for developing robust data solutions.
• Knowledge of DataOps or DevOps practices in Azure environments.
• Understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
