What you will do

• Partner with Japan sales leaders to establish business metrics and drive growth aligned with sales strategies.
• Facilitate sales forecasting and ensure adherence to opportunity management and Salesforce hygiene.
• Manage customer and transactional data, prepare strategic and operational reports for stakeholders.
• Drive onboarding and training of operational tools and processes for sales representatives.
• Collaborate on sales territory and resource planning with APJ leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness and scalability.

Requirements

• Must be located in Japan with ability to work onsite in Tokyo.
• 5+ years experience in sales operations, finance, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or quantitative field.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and business intelligence tools (Tableau, Clari, Power BI) preferred.
• Strong communication, commercial acumen, and organizational skills.
• Experience in high tech, SaaS, or security industries.
