Salary: $150,680 - $225,700 per annum

What you will do

• Lead generation, review, and refinement of bring-up and validation plans for hirify.global’s products.
• Create and review test plans and prepare test result documentation.
• Collaborate with Design, Firmware, and Validation teams to debug and resolve product issues.
• Guide and lead validation teams and individuals.
• Execute validation plans and develop validation strategies independently.
• Work closely with chip designers and system engineers to rigorously validate products and identify bugs.

Requirements

• Must be located in or authorized to work in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years experience or Ph.D. with 5+ years.
• Technical silicon validation experience, especially in SERDES and high-speed interface design.
• Minimum 3 years project lead experience.
• Proficiency in Python for test script development; Matlab knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience reviewing PCB schematics and debugging PCBs.
• Knowledge of wireline communication theory and physical layer specifications (IEEE 802.3, CEI).
• Experience with high-speed I/O, Transceiver, Transmitter, or Receiver design.
• Familiarity with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, function generators, spectrum analyzers, and BERTs.
