What you will do
- Lead the full technical sales process from identifying customer pain points to proving solutions.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and co-own accounts and campaigns in the assigned territory.
- Develop territory plans, lead technical deep dives, and conduct Proof of Value/Concept sessions with customers.
- Improve internal processes, documentation, and ways of working.
- Represent customer feedback in product and engineering roadmap discussions.
- Engage with industry events, customer meetings, and company offsites.
Requirements
- Must be based in Spain.
- 5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer or similar in SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Strong technical knowledge of APIs, cloud ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
- Proven ability to guide customers through complex sales cycles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.
- Structured and calm problem-solving approach under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience in contact center or VOIP/Telephony.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools.
