What you will do

• Serve as primary legal contact for corporate finance, tax, and treasury teams.
• Partner on intercompany agreements, restructuring, capital contributions, and corporate financings.
• Support corporate governance and compliance with debt covenants.
• Assist with product-driven projects related to corporate finance.
• Support post-closing tax and treasury integration for M&A transactions.
• Provide creative and effective legal solutions on short timelines.

Requirements

• Approximately eight or more years of relevant legal experience at a leading law firm or comparable in-house practice.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with required in-person attendance.
• Excellent project management, drafting, and time management skills.
• Strong judgment, analytic rigor, and business pragmatism.
• Ability to responsibly use generative AI tools in workflows.
