Salary: CAD 110,400 - 147,200 per annum

What you will do
- Lead high-speed SerDes development in advanced nodes (5nm, 3nm, and beyond).
- Design analog IP including PAM4, PAM2, DDR, Die-to-Die interconnect, PLLs, Bandgap, and other analog circuits.
- Provide instructions to layout engineers and collaborate with AE for IP characterization and validation.
- Support IP lab characterization, debugging, and product/customer support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 8+ years experience, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD.
- Must be located in Canada, preferably Toronto.
- Experience in high-speed analog mixed-signal design in 5nm and below for TSMC process.
- PAM4, 56G or 112G SerDes design experience highly desired.
- Experience with DDR and Die-to-Die interconnect highly desired.
