What you will do

  • Support creation and tracking of purchase orders from request through receipt and invoice matching.
  • Maintain up-to-date status of all active purchase orders and coordinate with receiving and inventory teams.
  • Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm lead times, and clarify order details.
  • Help document procurement processes and identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks.
  • Assist with implementing and testing the NetSuite procurement module, including data migration and workflow validation.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, finance, and other teams to clarify requirements and timelines.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or able to work on-site in Vancouver, Canada.
  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma program.
  • Experience or academic exposure to supply chain, procurement, operations, or finance.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and detail-oriented skills.
  • Willingness to support change management and learn procurement systems.
