Location: Hybrid in Vienna, Austria

What you will do

  • Build automated workflows to reduce manual recruiting and onboarding steps.
  • Manage complex scheduling of interviews and case studies across calendars.
  • Create predictive dashboards from hiring data to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist with candidate screening, sourcing, and initial outreach for junior roles.
  • Implement AI-supported tools to enhance internal knowledge sharing and employee support.
  • Maintain accuracy and audit readiness of Applicant Tracking System and job boards.
  • Coordinate pre-onboarding logistics and organize new hire setups.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or near Vienna, Austria (Hybrid work)
  • Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience with automation concepts, APIs, and data structuring.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for administrative tasks.
  • Excellent English skills required; German is a plus.
