What you will do

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Build robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and S3.
  • Apply AI technologies to integrate Human Intelligence for solving business problems in sales CRM.
  • Lead technical design, coding, testing, and deployment phases with 80-95% hands-on involvement.
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, sales, and other business units to drive results.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Plano, Texas, United States
  • 10+ years of experience architecting SaaS offerings and hands-on development (50% coding time).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development (Apex, LWC, Aura Components).
  • Proficiency in OOP languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and AWS core services (Lambda, S3, SQS).
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Agile development methodologies.
