SoC Verification Lead

TL;DR

SoC Verification Lead (Embedded_IoT_Dev): Leading functional logic verification of integrated SoCs, developing scalable verification plans, test benches, and environments to ensure design meets specifications with an accent on debugging, emulation, and system simulation. What you will do

• Perform functional logic verification of integrated SoCs to meet design specifications.
• Define and develop scalable and reusable verification plans, test benches, and environments.
• Execute verification plans, run emulation and system simulation models, and analyze power and performance.
• Replicate, root cause, and debug issues in the presilicon environment.
• Collaborate with SoC architects, RTL developers, and other teams to improve verification of complex features.
• Mentor technical leaders and influence technical direction across hirify.global and the industry.

Requirements

• Must live and work in Canada due to legal and company policy restrictions.
• Experience leading SoC or complex compute subsystem verification based on x86 or ARM cores.
• Strong debugging skills including tracking transactions and processor core booting.
• Experience building testbenches using latest verification tools and methodologies.
• Good understanding of cache coherency, memory management, and interrupt flows.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).

Nice to have

• Post silicon bring up debug experience.
• Scripting skills and understanding of core boot and emulation bring up.
