What you will do

• Lead and guide a small team of product designers ensuring productivity and quality.
• Own design direction and lead initiatives from vision to execution.
• Manage the design process hands-on including research, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and UI delivery.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders to align goals and solutions.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to promote alignment.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to create data-driven design solutions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Limassol or Paphos, Cyprus
• Proficiency in Figma and consistent application of brand visual language.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and participate in product discussions.
• Ability to guide design tasks end to end in an iterative environment.
• Experience with mobile application design is a plus.
• Interest in aviation or being a pilot is a bonus.
