- Lead setup and configuration of customer environments including SSO and DMS integrations.
- Serve as main technical contact during implementation and early adoption phases.
- Deliver technical training and troubleshoot advanced issues post-go-live.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve implementations and customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical delivery, implementation, or integration roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SSO and authentication protocols.
- Experience integrating enterprise document management systems (iManage, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
