What you will do

• Lead projects from idea to deployment, taking ownership of the full lifecycle of IT initiatives.
• Bridge business and technology, translating operational challenges into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with global teams, including developers, analysts, and QA specialists, to deliver impactful solutions.
• Improve how work gets done by identifying inefficiencies and driving initiatives that streamline workflows.
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, and risks while ensuring transparency with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
• Experience working with software development teams (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Expert-level English (Native or Professional) for global collaboration across time zones.

Nice to have
