What you will do

• Develop and implement strategic business process improvement initiatives.
• Analyze operational and business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor process performance through KPIs and control limits.
• Partner with internal teams and business leaders to identify process needs.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, workflows, and models.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in business process improvement, process engineering/optimization, management consulting, or operational strategy/process management.
• Experience with Lean / Business Process Management methodology.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement implementation.
