• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time modules including Time Off, Timesheets, and Time Tracking.
• Design functional solutions and support global SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Produce system configuration documentation and support testing and validation phases.
• Contribute to process optimization and system improvements.
• Collaborate within a hybrid work environment based in Lisbon or Porto.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Time.
• Fluent English required.
• Must be located in Portugal (Lisbon or Porto) for hybrid work.
• Experience with Time Off, Timesheets, Clock In/Out configuration, functional analysis, and global implementations.
