What you will do

• Lead frontend architecture and ensure scalable, aligned decisions across teams.
• Drive speed and efficiency by embedding AI-enhanced workflows in development sprints.
• Maintain a consistent two-week delivery cadence focused on commercial outcomes.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks to increase team flow and productivity.
• Champion decoupling and modular design, including headless architectures with Vue.js/NUXT.
• Coach senior engineers and lead by example across borders and time zones.

Requirements

• Must work onsite from Rotterdam office 5 days a week.
• Must live within 60 minutes commute of Rotterdam office.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks, especially Vue.js and NUXT.
• Experience leading frontend architecture and modular, API-first systems.
• Performance-minded with focus on mobile speed and frontend efficiency.
