What you will do

• Lead and develop a combined team of ~11 FTE with growth potential.
• Translate commercial goals into daily execution and define KPIs like conversion, revenue, margin, productivity, and response times.
• Manage performance through reviews, targets, and feedback; coach team members and address underperformance.
• Analyze and automate manual or inefficient work to improve processes and decision frameworks.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, and CX teams to standardize requests and reduce manual handling.
• Handle complex cases and escalations to improve underlying systems.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in commercial operations, revenue operations, CX optimization, or sales enablement.
• Experience leading small to mid-sized teams (5–15 FTE) with hands-on management style.
• Strong intuition for process efficiency and data-driven KPI management.
• Comfortable with difficult conversations and proactive problem solving.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
