What you will do

• Work on the automated odds calculation & trading logic, ensuring accuracy, performance and profitability.
• Build and enhance in-house products that strengthen our overall trading and modeling ecosystem.
• Automate processes across the team and department, improving efficiency and freeing up time for higher-value strategic work.
• Challenge the status quo by constantly reviewing current approaches and identifying smarter, faster, and more effective ways to operate.
• Recommend and implement new techniques and technologies that support performance, scalability, and long-term success.

Requirements

• Education. Master’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Experience. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering impact.
• Tech Stack. Excellent knowledge of R and Python.
• Databases. Comfortable working with databases such as Redshift and AWS.
• Language. Full professional fluency in English.

Nice to have

• iGaming experience is a strong advantage, and exposure to B2B product environments and AI tools is a big plus.
