TL;DR

Associate Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive product adoption and ensure retention with an accent on proactive problem-solving and account management. Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid working model).

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners within a defined territory.
  • Drive retention rates and increase platform adoption among existing partners.
  • Educate partners on best practices to maximize the value of product offerings.
  • Identify and mitigate risks for customers to improve their overall experience.
  • Proactively explore and pursue new opportunities for value expansion.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to share knowledge and improve partner engagement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the software industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large book of business.
  • Excellent communication and audience engagement capabilities.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Team-oriented approach to sharing knowledge and best practices.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
