What you will do
- Act as the primary relationship holder and point of contact for partners in a defined territory.
- Impact retention rate and increase product adoption.
- Ensure partners are using hirify.global best practices.
- Drive awareness of the hirify.global suite of product offerings and identify new opportunities.
- Identify at-risk customers and improve their experiences.
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer value.
Requirements
- Familiar with account management, sales, or customer service experience in the software industry.
- Understand how to engage and excite an audience.
- Creative problem-solving skills and an overall curious mindset.
- Team-focused mindset and ability to freely and openly share knowledge with others.
- Organized, with prioritization skills to manage a larger book of business.
Nice to have
- SaaS experience is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach preferred.
