Associate Customer Success Manager

Associate Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Building and maintaining strong relationships with partners to drive product adoption and ensure retention with an accent on proactive problem-solving and account management. Focus on identifying customer needs, turning at-risk experiences into value, and maximizing the utility of the cyber resilience platform.
Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid working model).

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners within a defined territory.
- Drive retention rates and increase platform adoption among existing partners.
- Educate partners on best practices to maximize the value of product offerings.
- Identify and mitigate risks for customers to improve their overall experience.
- Proactively explore and pursue new opportunities for value expansion.
- Collaborate with the internal team to share knowledge and improve partner engagement.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Bucharest, Romania.
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service within the software industry.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a large book of business.
- Excellent communication and audience engagement capabilities.
- Creative problem-solving mindset.
- Team-oriented approach to sharing knowledge and best practices.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, and Outreach.
