• Define and implement QA strategy and best practices across mobile, web, and backend.
• Lead and mentor QA engineers (manual & automation).
• Own mobile automation strategy (iOS/Android): test pyramid, coverage, stability, and execution speed.
• Build and maintain automated test frameworks (mobile UI, web UI, and API).
• Implement reliable mobile E2E automation.
• Drive regression, stability, and performance testing.

Требования

• 5+ years in QA, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong experience in automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, or similar).
• Hands-on experience building mobile automation for iOS & Android.
• Solid API testing knowledge (REST, auth, contract testing basics).
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Jenkins or similar).
• English level: B2+

Хорошо, если есть

• Experience with mobile device farms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Firebase Test Lab, AWS Device Farm).
• Experience in marketplace / delivery / super app products.
• Performance testing experience (mobile performance profiling is a plus).
• Cloud environment experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience scaling QA in high-growth environments.
