What you will do

• Design and develop embedded systems software using Rust and related tools, including pipelines, testing, and automation.
• Collaborate with hardware engineers, software developers, and cloud engineers to ensure seamless integration between different layers of the system.

Requirements

• Solid background in software development, ideally acquired within a product-focused company or startup environment
• Experience with software design and software design patterns
• At least 1-2 years of commercial experience with Rust
• Experience with Linux
• Agile methodologies/Scrum/Kanban

Nice to have

• Experience working with IoT, Bluetooth and wireless devices
• Experience in a product company and/or start-up environment
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/PostgreSQL, Redis)
• DevOps understanding; maintaining own code (AWS)
• Kubernetes/Docker & Terraform experience
