Location: Hybrid role based in Merrimack, New Hampshire, USA, with required ability to commute to headquarters

Salary: $19.25/hour base pay plus uncapped bi-weekly commission, typical first-year earnings $50K-$60K

What you will do

  • Make outbound prospecting calls to introduce hirify.global and build your book of business.
  • Develop strong, trust-based relationships with contacts across multiple organizations.
  • Learn to uncover customer challenges and present meaningful, value-driven solutions.
  • Confidently ask for the business as your sales skills develop.
  • Partner with technical subject matter experts to strengthen customer conversations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience using modern sales tools.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship available
  • Ability to commute to and work from Merrimack, NH headquarters as part of a hybrid schedule
  • Drive, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and improve every day.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • No prior B2B sales experience required; training provided.
