What you will do

• Collaborate with product and business teams to align GenAI initiatives with organizational goals.
• Define key performance metrics for GenAI solutions.
• Design intelligent systems using machine learning, statistics, and advanced mathematics.
• Develop big data processing systems using frameworks like Hadoop and Spark.
• Work with ML Engineers to design scalable real-time ML/AI architectures.
• Own end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, model generation, validation, and feedback integration.

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills with deep understanding of ML mathematical foundations.
• Proven experience deploying ML projects in production with significant individual contributions.
• Experience with NLP tasks, prompt engineering, LLMs, transformers, and knowledge graphs is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in time series analysis, distributed systems, big data technologies like Spark, and database schema design (SQL and NoSQL).
• Expertise in at least two areas among NLP, statistical ML, graph algorithms, constraint optimization, deep learning, and distributed systems.
