What you will do

• Improve monthly leadership sales reporting and revamp sales dashboards in Tableau for clarity and usefulness
• Enhance granular sales performance reporting including pipeline tracking and pitch quality monitoring using AI scoring
• Ensure data integrity and documentation of key metrics in internal knowledge bases
• Collaborate with teams to improve CRM data accuracy and sales reporting on new vs. existing business
• Work with tech and data engineers to maintain robust data pipelines in BigQuery
• Contribute to a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture among data analysts

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years experience as a Sales Data Analyst
• Strong SQL and Tableau skills
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Hubspot
• Experience with AI-based data analytics and recent models
• Ability to document and communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• English proficiency at least B2 level
