What you will do

• Own and develop the technical champion role in sales opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with success criteria to demonstrate platform benefits.
• Collaborate with Product Management on key account technical requirements.
• Learn and test cybersecurity attack techniques against the Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training and serve as primary contact for customer feedback and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical roles such as support, consulting, or systems engineering.
• Exceptional communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex architectures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Native fluency and business-level proficiency in Italian.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, Rome, or Milan.

Nice to have

• Technical knowledge of incident response, computer forensics, network administration, and endpoint security.
• Malware analysis and cybersecurity expertise.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC/Value Selling methodologies.
