What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of web and digital projects including websites, microsites, and integrations within the assigned client account.
• Act as the single point of contact for delivery operations, coordinating between client stakeholders, internal teams, and offshore resources.
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, track project milestones, risks, and issues, and ensure timely escalation and resolution.
• Manage resource allocation, vendor relationships, and cost control to meet contract scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Monitor delivery health through operational metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and mentor delivery teams, fostering a high-performance culture and driving account growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in KA, India.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or relevant discipline; Master’s/MBA is a plus.
• 5-8+ years of experience in delivery, project, or account management for web or digital projects, preferably client-facing.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, digital delivery lifecycle, QA, and deployment processes.
• Experience managing distributed teams (onshore/offshore) and vendor relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with senior client interaction.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical digital programs.
• Understanding of web analytics, SEO, tag management, and digital marketing operations.
• Certifications such as PMP, ScrumMaster, or Agile.
• Experience with multi-service line portfolios and financial tracking of accounts.
• Experience working with offshore delivery and global time zones.
