What you will do

• Take full ownership of building, shipping, and evolving the frontend ecosystem.
• Define and deliver technical roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Set engineering standards, mentor developers, and foster a culture of extreme ownership.
• Accelerate delivery by making the engineering team faster and more reliable.
• Eliminate bottlenecks through cross-functional collaboration.
• Scale excellence by raising technical standards and building a world-class frontend organization.

Requirements

• Must be located in Berlin, Germany for on-site work.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React at scale.
• Proven pragmatic leadership and ability to maintain high velocity in a high-growth environment.
• Strong system design skills and ability to manage technical debt.
• Hands-on technical leadership with consistent code contributions.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English).

• Experience with React Native.
