What you will do
- Provide bespoke insurance quotations tailored to individual customer needs
- Manage both new and existing customers, focusing on retention and upselling
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Ensure compliance in policy renewals and data accuracy
- Update client records and review market analysis fairly
- Report to team leader or manager and work towards targets/KPIs
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Liverpool or able to work hybrid from this location
- Excellent IT and data entry skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Good numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
- Target driven with excellent customer service and phone manner
- Visa: At least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no visa sponsorship available
