What you will do

  • Provide strategic technical direction and coordinate architectural decisions across multiple projects and systems.
  • Drive technical innovation while ensuring system reliability and scalability.
  • Lead incident resolution and maintain high-quality standards organization-wide.
  • Coach and develop technical leaders and influence cross-team alignment on engineering goals.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership.
  • Participate actively in hiring, onboarding, and developing engineering talent.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States (remote within US only).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of software engineering experience with proven leadership of technical initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, architecture, and software engineering principles.
  • Strong skills in system design, scalability patterns, and multiple programming languages, preferably Python/Django.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and strong CS fundamentals.
