What you will do
- Develop, design, and execute comprehensive end-to-end search, social media, and digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the execution of search and social media projects, including keyword research, page creation, and content strategies.
- Develop and manage testing protocols, such as A/B testing of copy and landing pages.
- Define and implement paid campaign measurement frameworks for accurate reporting.
- Support the development and submission of RFPs and new business proposals.
- Conduct training sessions for colleagues on digital tools and paid media platforms.
Requirements
- Experience working in digital marketing agencies, servicing pharma clients, or in a pharma/life-sciences organization.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns on social media and search platforms.
- Proficient in managing branded and non-branded social media handles for pharma clients.
- Expertise in regular reporting to clients on paid campaign KPIs and website audits.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth campaign analysis with strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proven team player with excellent communication and project management skills.

- Knowledgeable on pharma product lifecycle from trial phase to expiration/end of market exclusivity.
