What you will do

• Set technical direction and architectural design for software projects and ecosystem solutions.
• Evaluate technology readiness and design end-to-end solutions including hardware and software changes.
• Make high-level design choices for software structure, frameworks, protocols, and algorithms.
• Determine coding practices, development tools, and validation requirements.
• Collaborate with technologists, developers, project managers, and customers to evaluate feasibility and set engineering direction.

Requirements

• Must be located in Shanghai, China and work onsite.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years experience, or Bachelor's with 10+ years.
• Proficient in at least two languages among Java, Scala, C, C++.
• Basic English communication skills required for international collaboration.
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Spark, Flink, and Hadoop.
• Proven track record in performance optimization on distributed software stacks and open source contributions.
