What you will do

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Oversee third‑party vendors, system integrators, and external consultants.
• Ensure contractual deliverables and SLAs are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in project management, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven experience delivering technology‑enabled change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including IT, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet)

Nice to have

• Experience delivering projects within Islamic Banking (products, systems, or operations)
• Exposure to core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, or similar)
• Experience in regulated environments and working with audit, risk, and compliance teams
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
