What you will do

• Implement well-scoped backlog items for AI agents within delivery pods.
• Develop and test Python components and agent workflows using enterprise frameworks.
• Ensure reliable, production-oriented delivery by adhering to code quality and documentation standards.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions.
• Focus on execution and deployment rather than research tasks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML required.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be located in Mexico.
• Strong proficiency in Python for service building and automation.
• Experience with agent frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
• Familiarity with Azure Fundamentals and GIT-based development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of prompt orchestration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs and semantic layers.
• Prior experience in supply chain or order-to-cash domains.
