What you will do

• Develop product strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for unified liquidity management including cash positioning and multi-currency pooling
• Integrate digital asset capabilities such as stablecoins and tokenized assets into the liquidity platform
• Collaborate with AI teams to deliver continuous learning for accurate insights
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage resources to execute product strategy
• Engage with customers and partners to validate designs and refine go-to-market strategies
• Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions

Requirements

• 10-12 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or treasury technology
• 2+ years experience in crypto/blockchain with knowledge of stablecoins, wallets, bridges, and DeFi
• Strong background in cash and liquidity management products and workflows
• Experience integrating traditional and digital asset workflows and tokenization
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment
• Familiarity with Agile product development and strategic prioritization
