What you will do

• Support execution and enhancement of the Summer Internship Program experience.
• Collaborate with University Recruiting and HR Data Analytics teams to gather and analyze data.
• Improve team metrics, Tableau dashboards, and insights in WorkDay CRM and Asana.
• Assist with implementation of the University Recruiting AI project.
• Analyze data to answer business questions and provide strategic insights.
• Work effectively in a virtual, multi-time zone team environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with expected graduation in 2028.
• Completed at least two years of undergraduate study.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and standard office software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Sunnyvale, CA, USA.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with WorkDay CRM and Asana.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience analyzing data and metrics to develop insights.
