What you will do

• Design and build scalable full-stack applications across frontend and backend layers.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Express, and Ruby on Rails.
• Leverage Agentic AI technologies to improve code quality and product capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers in a hybrid Agile environment.
• Lead technical projects and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Colombia
• 7+ years of experience in building production-grade web applications and distributed systems.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, web standards, and frontend/backend architecture.
• Knowledge of observability practices and AWS cloud services.
• Experience working in Agile teams with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.
