What you will do
- Maintain daily schedules including meetings and video conferences across multiple time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
- Prepare and submit expense reports and timesheets using Concur and SAP
- Manage communications and serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Draft executive-level PowerPoint presentations and business documents
- Support senior leaders by managing calls, meetings, events, and special projects
Requirements
- Must be located in CST or EST time zones within the United States
- Minimum 8 years experience supporting senior leaders and multiple executives
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Concur and virtual collaboration platforms like Zoom and Teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing deadlines
