TL;DR

Customer Success Advocate: Ensuring client retention and satisfaction by monitoring account health, resolving issues, and driving product adoption with an accent on proactive engagement and cross-functional collaboration. Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States with positions available in multiple US cities including Atlanta, Broadway - OKC, Moon Township, Rochester, and San Diego.

What you will do

  • Monitor Salesforce CTAs and account health indicators to identify risks and take corrective action.
  • Engage with clients to resolve issues, manage cancellation requests, and improve retention.
  • Track product adoption and provide guidance and training to increase usage.
  • Conduct client check-ins to optimize fee settings and promote digital adoption.
  • Identify client success stories and support advocacy initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to enhance client experience.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, Salesforce, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented mindset focused on customer advocacy.
