Account Executive (SaaS): Responsible for selling hirify.global Source, an AI-powered SaaS CMS, managing mid-market accounts and closing deals with an accent on client relationship management and strategic negotiation. Focus on engaging senior executives, driving sales pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure product-market fit and successful implementations.

Location: Remote within the United States, Atlanta based

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 base with on-target earnings up to $180,000

What you will do

  • Sell hirify.global Source, an AI-powered SaaS CMS, to mid-market clients.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities and manage full sales cycle.
  • Engage and influence senior executives and C-suite customers.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product development, marketing, and channel partners.
  • Turn client feedback into strategic business opportunities.
  • Maintain competitive awareness and advocate client needs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States, preferably Atlanta.
  • Bachelor’s degree and strong sales experience, preferably with CMS and SaaS.
  • Proven ability to negotiate large strategic deals and manage client relationships.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, startup-like technology environments.
  • Confident presentation skills with presence in front of C-suite executives.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.
