What you will do

• Design and format proxy statements, annual reports, and related shareholder materials.
• Apply established brand guidelines while ensuring regulatory and compliance standards are met.
• Prepare layouts, charts, tables, and infographics for print and digital distribution.
• Revise documents based on client and internal feedback with speed and accuracy.
• Perform quality checks to confirm accuracy of design elements and alignment with source files.
• Collaborate with senior designers and production teams to meet tight market driven deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• 0 to 2 years of professional design experience, internship experience considered.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Strong typography and layout skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a structured production environment.
• Work authorization for the US is required.

• Basic understanding of print production processes.
